Terms and Conditions

By clicking Accept, I agree to the terms and conditions of the VR Lawrence VIP Club membership program. I understand that my membership discounts can be redeemed over the phone or in person, and that I must be present during the whole VR experience to use my discounts. I also understand that there is no limit to the number of stations or hours I can book with my discounts.

I agree to be charged the selected membership fee on a recurring monthly basis, until I cancel my membership. I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time by contacting VR Lawrence. No refunds will be provided for partial months, and any unused benefits or discounts will be forfeited upon cancellation.

I understand that I will only be able to receive the benefits of my membership if I am able to show a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on my membership.

Membership benefits and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or used by others.

VR Lawrence reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Club membership program or its benefits at any time without prior notice. In case of any changes to the program, members will be notified through the email address provided during registration.

VR Lawrence may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend a member’s access to the VIP Club membership program due to any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason it deems appropriate.

By participating in the VR Lawrence VIP Club membership program, members agree to receive promotional and informational emails from VR Lawrence. Members can opt out of these communications at any time.
